Malaysia’s workforce would have undergone at least 11 years of school education (primary and secondary levels). Basically, the country’s education system enforces usage of two languages which are Bahasa Malaysia and English thus make Malaysians generally multilingual in both languages.

Bahasa Malaysia is the national language of the country and it is the main language used in the education system and Government related matters. It is a language used as a form of communication amongst all races in the country.

The second language in the country is English which is understood widely especially in the main towns. For commercial purpose, English is usually the preferred language in the state and in the country.

Being a multiracial country, other languages are spoken as well such as Chinese and Indian dialects. This unique melting pot of language diversity offers investors a wide spectrum of workforce who is not only skillful and knowledgeable but also proficient communicators.
