Pahang Menteri Besar YAB. Dato’ Sri Haji Wan Rosdy bin Wan Ismail launch a Defence City Project in Kechau Tui, Lipis Pahang and witness a Lease Signing Ceremony between PKNP and Ketech Asia Sdn. Bhd.
This project is developed by a local company and is expected to change the socio-economic landscape and bring economic spillover especially to the residents of Lipis district, Pahang. The estimated investment of this project is RM 120 million and by June 2023 they targeting a completion of phase 1 which is the ammunition factory building. 300 jobs opportunities will be available especially for the local community.
PKNP was represented by the Chief Executive Officer, YH. Dato’ Mohd Faizal bin Jaafar and Industrial Manager, Tuan Haji Md Daud bin Abdul Rahman while Ketech Asia was represented by Ketech Asia Advisor, Datuk Mohd Aizuddin bin Mohamad Khairi and Ketech Asia Director, Mr. Mohd Nahar bin Mohd Nasir.
Also present at this event was Deputy Minister of Rural Development 1 and Lipis Member of Parliament, Dato’ Sri Abdul Rahman bin Mohamad, Pahang State Government Secretary, YB Dato’ Dr. Sallehuddin bin Ishak, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Management), YBhg. Datin Hajah Noraskin binti Jamaludin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Development), Mr. Mohd Razif bin Abdul Malek and other managers of PKNP.
